Kelly is a speaker, writer, and certified Primal Question and Enneagram Coach. People have been Kelly's passion for as long as she can remember. Tagged as a social butterfly all her life and has been known to see people when others didn’t.

She has a driving passion for customer service and has directly managed multiple large teams of 50+ of all ages and backgrounds.  Throughout her career, she has been drawn to helping leaders and future leaders stuck in the status quo. Disliking the status quo herself, she can’t help but offer guidance to those she sees spinning in that space.  Kelly also specializes in speaking into the lives of young adults transitioning through life and career stages. 

In recent years, she has witnessed and been a victim herself of toxic leadership which has ignited a passion to help individuals and leaders develop better skills and ways to lead a team with compassion and care. She has assisted many individuals stuck in toxic relationships or teams using the Enneagram and the 7 Primal Questions framework. She has discovered that these tools are game changers, empowering people to communicate more effectively and achieve a profound level of self-awareness.
